Dr. Evan Stathulis is a graduate of The University of Michigan where he received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. He graduated from The Ohio State University College of Medicine in 1992 and completed a Family Practice residency at Mount Carmel. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Originally from Toledo, Dr. Stathulis resides in Columbus with his wife Becky and children Katie, Peter, and Andrew.
